what’s up kidz? holy hootenanny i havent fed this blog thing in ages. just a small update to tell you that all is great in jb land. been playing tons of shows this summer. you have all been wonderful and every night has been a different challenge and experience. playing out in gaspésie and the multiple festivals. osheagagagagaga is coming up this weekend and i strongly encourage you to come by and say hello. war child. yisss. listening to lots of music, always learning and trying to understand the songwriting process. getting frustrated with the shackles and trying to find simplicity. so much love to give. been givin’ and receivin’. it’s a nice change from all the wallow and bullshit nostalgia that came along post loveshit. even been “sporting it up” with some weekly ball hockey. bunch of guys from troublemakers, we are wolves, omnikrom, simple plan, elektrik bones, etc (i know, pretty weird mix)…but it’s all good and we really get our legz moving. starting to get into “next album mode”. really plan on taking it up a few notches. it’s already been 3 years since loveshit was recorded. can’t wait to re-learn how to sing into a microphone and hearing it back in the studio monitors (and not hate my voice). anyways, i hope youre doing great and enjoying the summer. please dont be shy in sharing your experiences and stories. i always love hearing from you…oh yeah, and you too…much love loverinos xoxoxoxo
